Chloe Belsito

Chloe Belsito is the Director of A&R / Artist Relations at Airhug Radio, where she leads artist intake, communication, and onboarding while shaping an artist-first discovery experience rooted in human curation and transparency. A 2025 Berklee College of Music graduate with a degree in Music Business/Management, she brings hands-on A&R and artist development experience from scouting and catalog review to branding support, including work as an A&R intern with Artist Partner Group and through Berklee’s label-connected programs with Universal Music Group, Sony, and Warner. As a professional singer and songwriter, Chloe approaches her role with a deep understanding of both the creative and business sides of the industry, prioritizing clear communication, ethical practices, and genuine advocacy for independent artists while helping surface music that aligns with Airhug’s mission.
